A good news for Nepali football lovers is that a grand football tournament is going to be commenced at Pokhara: the first ever Pokhara Gold Cup is starting from 8th of November at Pokhara Stadium. This is the day when teams from host country and three neighbour countries are being a part of it. Top eight A Division league teams, one each from
India, Bhutan and Bangladesh and host team are taking part in the tournament which is hoped to be better and is a becon of hope for the development of Nepal in football. The tournament has the case prize of Rs 2,50,000.
Kaski District FA has also launched Pokhara Gold Cup logo.
