Nepal vs Afghanistan Results [Highlights] Semifinal SAFF Championship 2011

The victory of second semi final match of the SAFF Championship 2011 has been achieved by Afghanistan. Afghanistan won the match against Nepal by

1-0 goal score. Nepal started the match very well and the control of the game seemed to be in their feet. Although Nepal could not turn its dozens of goal chances into a real goal. But in the late first half, Afghanistan began to show their game. As a result of which the game turned more and more interesting. Both the sides were so deep in their game that the match could not get a winner within full time.

The game then extended to the extra time which was utilized by Afghanistan to come up with a goal against Nepal. The match was more competitive than it was expected to be.

Afghanistan will meet India as its opponent in the final match of the SAFF Championship 2011 on Sunday, 11th Dec.
